Return Period
Due to the custom nature of our products, standard returns are generally not available. However, we offer the following return options:
- Quality Issues: Must be reported within 14 days of installation or delivery
- Ready-Made Items: If applicable, must be returned within 30 days of purchase in unused condition with original packaging
- Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to restocking fees
Return Conditions

Custom Products
Because our curtains and textile decor are custom-made to your specific measurements and design preferences, they are generally non-returnable. Each piece is crafted specifically for your windows and cannot be resold to other customers. We encourage you to:

Quality Guarantee
All curtains from Soyuaroma are inspected for quality before leaving our facility. If you receive curtains with manufacturing defects or workmanship issues, we will address the problem at no additional cost to you. Quality issues include:
- Defects in fabric or materials
- Incorrect measurements when we provided measurement services
- Workmanship errors such as uneven hems or improper construction
- Damage occurring during shipping or delivery
Quality concerns must be reported within 14 days of installation or delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items and situations are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made curtains and textile decor that have been cut or customized
- Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Items returned after the specified return period
- Items that have been altered or modified by the customer
- Special order or clearance items unless defective
What Is Not Covered
Our return policy does not cover the following situations:
- Change of mind or preference after production has begun
- Color or pattern variations inherent to natural fabrics
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Damage resulting from improper installation by parties other than Soyuaroma
- Normal wear and tear after use
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper cleaning
- Minor fabric irregularities that do not affect functionality or appearance
General Legal Requirements
This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws and regulations. Key legal requirements include:
- Consumer Rights: You have the right to receive products that match their description and are free from defects
- Warranty Protection: Products are covered by our warranty for manufacturing defects
- Fair Business Practices: All return terms are clearly disclosed and applied consistently

Order Cancellation Policy

- Before Production: Orders cancelled before fabric cutting and customization begins may be eligible for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee
- During Production: Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled and deposits are non-refundable
- Cancellation Request: All cancellation requests must be made in writing or by phone
- Processing Time: Cancellation requests will be processed within 5 business days
- Refund Timeline: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 10 business days of approval

Reporting Issues
If you believe there is a quality issue with your curtains or textile decor, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of installation or delivery
- Provide detailed information about the issue
- Send clear photographs showing the problem areas
- Keep the curtains in their current condition for inspection
We will respond to your concern within two business days and arrange for inspection if necessary.
Resolution Process
When a legitimate quality issue is confirmed, Soyuaroma will work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include:
- Repairing the curtains at no charge
- Remaking the curtains to correct the issue
- Providing a credit toward future curtain purchases
- In rare cases, a full or partial refund may be offered

Ready-Made Items
If Soyuaroma offers any ready-made curtain accessories or textile decor items that are not custom-fabricated, different return terms may apply. Such items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Damage During Installation
If curtains are damaged during professional installation by our team, we take full responsibility and will remake or replace the affected items at no cost to you. You must report installation damage immediately upon discovery.
Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are handled as follows:
- Quality Issues: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, we cover all return shipping costs
- Customer-Initiated Returns: For ready-made items returned for reasons other than defects, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Refund Processing: Return shipping costs will be deducted from refunds for customer-initiated returns
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment for all returns.

Custom curtain orders that are cancelled before production begins are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the time and resources invested in consultations, measurements, and design planning. Shipping costs for returns, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Soyuaroma.
Refund Procedure
When a refund is approved, the following procedure applies:
- Approval Notification: You will receive confirmation when your refund is approved
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval
- Payment Method: Refunds are returned to your original payment method
- Bank Processing: It may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account
- Partial Refunds: If applicable, restocking fees and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount
- Refund Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
