Soyuaroma provides custom curtains and textile decor services for residential properties. Our services include consultation, design, fabrication, and installation of window solutions. Specific details about each service are provided during the consultation process.
All quotes provided by Soyuaroma are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Custom curtain orders require a deposit before fabrication begins. The deposit amount will be specified in your quote. Final payment is due upon completion of installation unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
Accurate measurements are essential for custom curtains. Soyuaroma provides professional measurement services as part of our consultation process. If you choose to provide your own measurements, we cannot be held responsible for fitting issues resulting from inaccurate measurements.
Production timelines for custom curtains typically range from three to six weeks, depending on fabric selection and project complexity. Installation will be scheduled upon completion of your curtains. While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to fabric availability or other circumstances beyond our control.
If you need to cancel your order, please notify Soyuaroma as soon as possible. Cancellations made before fabric cutting may receive a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Once fabric has been cut or customization has begun, orders cannot be cancelled and deposits are non-refundable. Changes to orders may be accommodated if requested before fabrication begins.
All curtains and textile decor products from Soyuaroma are crafted with quality materials and expert workmanship. Minor variations in fabric color, pattern matching, and texture are normal characteristics of textile products and do not constitute defects. We inspect all products before delivery to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Professional installation is included with most curtain packages. Our installation team will take reasonable care during installation but cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage to walls or window frames. You must provide clear access to installation areas and notify us of any special considerations before the scheduled installation date.
Soyuaroma warrants that curtains will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the installation date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or improper cleaning. Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of discovering the defect.
